Eating healthy doesn’t mean starving yourself so here are a few options to kick start your healthy diets.


Here are a few drinks you can treat yourself


If you don’t have the time to prepare yourself a meal as your breakfast then whip up a quick drink and you’ll even be able to drink it on your way to class.



1. Banana dark chocolate smoothie

Ingredients:

- ¾ cup of plain yogurt

- 1 banana

- ¼ cup of milk

- Some dark chocolate


Blend it and you’re ready to go!


























2. Dark chocolate orange smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 seedless orange

- 1 banana

- Some dark chocolate

- 1 cup of plain yoghurt


Blend, blend, blend and it’s time to drink up!
























3. Green juice

Ingredients:

- 1 green apple

- 2 slices of ginger

- ½ a celery stick

- ½ a cucumber

- ½ squeezed lemon juice

Now, start juicing!

4. Detox on-the-go drink

Ingredients:

- ½ a cucumber

- 1 lime

- 1 lemon

Chop them up, stir or shake them with a bottle of water and you’re ready to go!

Making these drinks in the morning is effortless. It’s a good start to the day as an energy booster to conquer the world.

1. Pancakes for breakfast

Who doesn’t love pancakes? Mash a banana together with 2 eggs and you’ll get your batter. Give your brekkie some extra sweetness by adding some dark chocolate or berries into the batter to make them even tastier!

2. Salad for lunch

Throw in some tomatoes, boiled eggs, carrot and potatoes in your salad for a little boost in the flavour. Then, toss it with some sesame salad dressing or any dressing of your choice. You’ll soon realise you will want to have salads for every meal!

3. Sweet mashed potatoes and pita bread for dinner

Ready to try out some awesome sweet mashed potatoes? Get some sweet potatoes, unsalted butter, low fat milk, Himalayan salt, black pepper and start mashing. Add that as a side to your pita bread and enjoy!
